01 General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and wagibet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Accounts found to be duplicates of existing accounts may be closed without notice, and any PHP balance within duplicate accounts may be forfeited. 03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on wagibet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

wagibet does not accept deposits made via credit cards or cryptocurrency. All deposits must originate from a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's own name.

04 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

wagibet offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and sports rewards. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms that are displayed when the promotion is active in your account. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are not the same as real cash. They must meet wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — eligible games and contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the specified period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.

05 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the wagibet platform agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities.

wagibet monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in violation of these rules may be suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balance may be withheld pending investigation.

06 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wagibet account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered contact details.

• Do not share your login details with anyone — not friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent wagibet.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
